About Me

A lifetime of movement, shaped into coaching.

I believe there is a type of movement for everyone.

I’ve always loved being active.

As a child, I would join almost any sports team I could, from gymnastics and athletics to swimming, horse riding and family fell walks. Sport was never just something I did — it was a huge part of who I was.

That passion led me to study Sports & Exercise Science at Leeds Metropolitan University and go on to compete in triathlon at an international level, including representing Great Britain at the Age Group World Championships in Australia.

Along the way, I’ve trained alongside Olympic athletes, worked within university strength and conditioning environments, and spent years exploring what helps people move, perform and recover well.

Alongside my sporting background, I spent 10 years working in the NHS, specialising in stroke and neurological rehabilitation. Supporting people through recovery taught me that movement isn’t just about performance — it’s about confidence, independence and quality of life.

As a mum of two, I’ve also experienced first-hand what it takes to rebuild strength and confidence after pregnancy and a C-section. It reinforced something I’ve always believed: there are no shortcuts. Building a strong, capable body takes patience, consistency and the right approach.

After having my children, I began agility training with our energetic dog during lockdown and discovered a new passion for the sport. It gave me the opportunity to keep competing, spend time outdoors and challenge myself in a completely different way, while learning to work with a body that had changed after pregnancy.

Dog agility has taught me that success isn’t just about fitness — it’s about communication, coordination, timing and working in partnership with your dog. Today, I’m proud to compete for Team England at international level, and I combine my coaching experience with my own agility journey to help handlers improve their fitness, speed, mobility and coordination.

By becoming stronger, more agile and more resilient, handlers can build an even better partnership with their dogs and perform with greater confidence in the ring.

Today, my coaching brings together everything I’ve learned through sport, rehabilitation, motherhood and real life. Whether you’re training for an event, returning to exercise, improving your running technique, building strength, preparing for dog agility, or simply wanting to feel fitter and more capable day to day, my goal is to help you find an approach that works for you.

I don’t coach people to chase perfection or unrealistic goals. I coach people to build bodies that work well, feel strong and support the life they want to live.

Because fitness shouldn’t take over your life — it should help you enjoy it.
